BlackGate adds TITAN alien evolution on Meta Quest April 17

TITAN, a new playable Alien evolution for the asymmetric multiplayer game BlackGate, launches on Meta Quest on April 17, 2026. The character is developed by Fun Train Inc. and brings new attacks and a new movement system to the Alien role.

TITAN is a standalone unlock with two acquisition paths. Players who own the paid version of BlackGate can earn it at no extra cost by reaching Level 20. Those who prefer not to grind can purchase it directly for $9.99. Buying the unlock also grants the Black Knight Skin, which is not sold separately.

BlackGate is an asymmetric sci-fi horror title in which one player controls an Alien and the remaining players take on Astronaut Engineer roles. The game is built around the real-world Black Knight Satellite mythology and has passed 200,000 downloads on Meta Quest. Players on the free "Fresh Meat" tier do not have access to playable alien characters, including TITAN, but can play the Engineer class at no cost.

Upcoming Cargo map environment

A new map called Cargo is also noted as coming soon, though no release date has been given.
