Realities.io's 3D jigsaw game Puzzling Places is now on SteamVR and playable in flatscreen for the first time, including on Steam Deck.
Puzzling Places, the 3D jigsaw puzzle game by Berlin-based studio Realities.io, has launched on SteamVR. The release also introduces flatscreen support for the first time, making the game playable on desktop PC and Steam Deck without a headset. The game was previously available on Meta Quest and PlayStation VR2.
The SteamVR build was rebuilt from the ground up. It includes over 18 puzzles constructed from 3D scans of real-world locations, with piece counts ranging from 25 up to 1,000. Two modes are available: Classic Mode, a traditional jigsaw experience, and Journey Mode, described as a more guided approach.
The studio reports 400,000 players and more than 3,000 reviews across platforms since the game's original launch in 2020.
The game is available on Steam, Meta Quest, and PlayStation VR2.
